Maxillofacial Prosthetics - this practice provides facial and oral prosthetics for patients with defects created
post surgery or trauma.
Graduate Prosthodontics - this practice provides full mouth dental restorations for complex cases in need of removable and fixed dental treatment.
Hospital Dentistry - this practice provides Comprehensive General Dentistry for patients with severe medical problems (pre and post organ transplant patients, cancer patients, and immunoscompromised patients). This program also provides dental services in an operating room setting for patients unable to receive treatment in a routine dental setting. Dental services are also provided on an emergency basis for in-patients and out-patients after hours.
The clinic also provides treatment for patients pre and post radiation therapy and also for patients with a history of Sleep Apnea.

How to Make Appointments
First time patients are briefly screened over the phone in order to determine if the patient needs a consultation appointment for the following:
- General dental treatment under local, general and sedation - Hospital Dentistry
- Full mouth restorations with fixed or removable treatment- Graduate Prosthodontics
- Facial or oral prosthetics (nasal prosthesis,auricular prosthesis,orbital prosthesis,
mandibular prosthesis and or palatal prosthesis) - Maxillofacial Prosthetics
- Dental implant consultation- Maxillofacial Prosthetics
- Phobic Dentistry- general dental treatment for patients with extreme phobias.
This program is not currently accepting new patients.
What to Expect
Initial visits usually entail the following:
- Visual Oral Examination
- Radiologic Examination
- Medical History Evaluation.

Request Dental Records
In order to protect the confidentiality of your dental record, we require a written authorization before releasing a copy of any portion of your dental record. To obtain the appropriate authorization form, please download it from our website or contact the our clinic at (310) 825-6510 to have the form faxed to you. Please submit your written authorization by fax to (310) 206-4201 or in person at our clinic located in A0-156 CHS. There may be fees associated with the duplication of your record.
