The oral and maxillofacial surgery clinic is the locus of activity for those patients requiring ambulatory procedures. Services are provided by the students, residents and full time faculty who consult and treat patients for a variety of problems.

What to Expect
While this may vary depending on the reason for the visit, in general a preoperative consultation is done with scheduling of surgery at a later date. For simple problems or in healthy patients, some surgeries can be performed at the same visit as the consultation.
Billing Questions
Any receptionist can help with most billing problems. If this does not help a patient can ask to speak to the Clinic Administrator.
Request Dental Records
In order to protect the confidentiality of your dental record, we require a written authorization before releasing a copy of any portion of your dental record. To obtain the appropriate authorization form, please download it from our website or contact out clinic at (310) 825-0834 to have the form faxed to you. Please submit your written authorization by fax to (310) 794-2190 (attention: Records Room) or in person to the clinic located in A0-156 CHS. There may be fees associated with the duplication of the record.
