The Periodontics and Implant Faculty Group Practice is a private practice staffed by the UCLA full-time clinical faculty in Periodontics. Patients are treated in a state-of-the-art environment to provide specialized care in the area of Periodontics and dental implant surgery treatments.
The UCLA Periodontics faculty have a broad experience in managing the whole range of cures for gum disease, dental implants and general health issues related to the mouth and are internationally known for their expertise. The faculty clinic has a very high standing in the United States.

Periodontal Examination and Consultation
Comprehensive evaluation of each patient’s status with respect to gum disease (periodontal disease), suitability for consideration for dental implants and reviews of the general health components affecting the oral cavity. |

What to Expect
For the first regular appointment, the patient will go through the registration processes, consult and be examined by a periodontist, discuss the treatment plan, initiate procedure under the treatment plan as appropriate, and set up subsequent appointments.
For an emergency appointments the patient will receive any necessary and required procedures.
